Kevin Haslam

 Baseball is in my blood. My uncle, Tomo Ohka, played in 'The Bigs' and my Dad played AA in the Japan League. I was born in Hilo, Hawai'i and for the most part, grew up in Texas. I played Select baseball for many teams like, Crush, GPS Legends, TRPD 16, 17, and 18, Round Rock Express, Corespeed, Canes SW Black, Canes Southwest  Premier 2025, and the Canes National Scout Team. I have had many great coaches including David Wells, Brandon Puffer, Brian Gordon, Dusty Taylor, Oscar Rodriguez, Carson Goldsmith, Tyler Watson, Ryan McGuire, Jaime Gaylord, Brandon Pello, Justin Cooper, Cory Moench, Trent Reynolds, Tony Enos, David Spelbring, Harvey Fierro, Adam Ortega, Jay Hundley, and many  others.   

I will improve my abilities throughout high school by getting stronger, faster, developing better footwork, higher throwing velocity, and seeing the ball better. I intend to be one of the youth baseball prospects and I am aiming at becoming a top prospect and playing at the next level.
